A.M.E. was founded by Brian Reynolds, known in the industry as “August.”
A pioneer of the modern party butler and cabana boy movement, Brian launched the first entertainment agency of its kind in the United States back in 2016 and has personally hosted over 2,500 events across the nation — from New York to Miami, Seattle to San Diego, and everywhere in between.

After nearly a decade of shaping the industry from the inside out, Brian watched agencies shift toward a corporate-first model — lowering wages, prioritizing volume over quality, and neglecting the wellbeing of the entertainers who power the entire ecosystem.
