To raise the standard for entertainers by advocating for fair pay, professional respect, mental health support, and the continued evolution of the industry.

A.M.E. exists to provide what has been missing:
a national alliance where entertainers can unite, speak openly, share experiences, and push for ethical industry standards.

A.M.E. is committed to improving the entertainment industry through:

Pushing for standardized wages, beginning at $75/hr minimum and rising toward $100/hr in high-demand markets.

Creating clear guidelines for events, safety, conduct, and client management.

Providing support systems, education, and resources for the physical and emotional demands of this career.

Helping entertainers expand their personal brands, build businesses, and create long-term opportunities.

Promoting honest communication, fair expectations, and respectful treatment across the industry.

Bringing performers together nationwide so their voices are unified and their concerns are heard.

A.M.E. was founded by Brian Reynolds, known in the industry as “August.”

A pioneer of the modern party butler and cabana boy movement, Brian launched the first entertainment agency of its kind in the United States back in 2016 and has personally hosted over 2,500 events across the nation — from New York to Miami, Seattle to San Diego, and everywhere in between.

Brian created several flagship experiences that are now replicated industry-wide, including:

• Immersive at-home entertainment concepts that blend performance, service, and hospitality
   

After nearly a decade of shaping the industry from the inside out, Brian watched agencies shift toward a corporate-first model — lowering wages, prioritizing volume over quality, and neglecting the wellbeing of the entertainers who power the entire ecosystem.

A.M.E. was born from a simple belief:

If the men who make this industry thrive aren’t protected, the industry cannot thrive at all.
