Protecting entertainers by raising the standards of the industry.

In recent years, the entertainment industry has shifted into a corporate-first mindset.
While demand skyrockets, wages shrink.
While companies expand, entertainers absorb the physical, emotional, and financial cost.
While profits rise, performers are left without:
A.M.E. exists to change that.
This is a professional alliance created to uplift the entertainers who make this industry thrive — not the corporations who benefit from their labor.

A.M.E. is here to:
This alliance is not anti-agency.
It is pro-entertainer — and pro-ethical business.

A.M.E. was founded by Brian Reynolds, known in the entertainment world as “August.”
Since 2016, he has hosted more than 2,500 events nationwide and launched the first party butler and cabana boy agency in the United States — years before the industry became mainstream.
He created signature experiences like Muscles & Mimosas and Drag On-Demand, opening doors for personal trainers, entertainers, and drag artists to grow their craft.
After nearly a decade serving the industry at its highest level, Brian watched it shift toward corporate efficiency and profit, often at the cost of the entertainers’ physical wellbeing, mental health, and financial stability.
A.M.E. was created to protect the heart of this industry —
the men and performers who make the magic happen.

Meanwhile, some agencies continue lowering pay while raising expectations.
A.M.E. exists to restore balance, dignity, and respect for the men who carry the weight of this job.
